Barbara Longva

Barbara Longva is a master seamstress, who has been designing antique wardrobe for the past 10 years.

Some of her clients include: Nova Scotia Tourism, Alexander Graham Bell Museum, Cossitt House, Louisbourg Business Community and CN Marine.

Barbara is currently developing wardrobe for the play "My Fair Lady", a production at the University College of Cape Breton. She has also designed wardrobes for movies such as the Pit Pony, New Waterford Girl, and the Song Spinner.

Barbara is an active member of the Cape Breton Center for Craft & Design and the Cape Breton Tourist Association. Most recently she was featured on the Home & Garden television network on Sue Warden's show Crafts Scapes.
